Pros

My experience with Huddle has been really amazing and helpful. I like that it supports top security for your files thus making it a very secure solution for file management.
It is very simple and easy to manage the leads and collorabate information. Comforting to know that all the information is safe and secure as well.
The benefits to us are the ability to collaborate across geographies, and particularly the ability to set up simple environments quickly.

Pros

Box was provided to all UT Design students, and it is a lifesaver, being able to access all files from any network made Box an amazing program to use.
It is a good software that will help you have all your data in one place. The locking mechanism for files which is used while collaborating with other people is something that I like the most.
There are options to extend your storage which obviously costs some bucks but I am a free user so i liked the service despite it being free. The customer support is awesome.

Cons

I am SWOTing Huddle as we are trialing the software for enterprise use. Some major flaws that are hard to ignore with a couple I consider "critical points of failure.
I work with large documents and I’m struggling to navigate back to my original spot in the document (after clicking on an in-text link). I must be missing something.
I think it would be harsh to give a 4 star rating because it don't have that.

Cons

The Search functionality is so bad (doesn't work the way you think it should and rarely generates the results you're after) as to be almost useless.
Also recently I’ve received several error messages noting the some of my files could not be synced. Although this has only occurred with e or files, my concern is that it become a persistent problem.
It is very confusing thebnumber of versions of the same file you might get. There is no way you can see online the changes that are being made by somebody else.
