Pros

Easy to use, user friendly and as administrator i find that the Huddle Help team brilliant.
My experience with Huddle has been really amazing and helpful. I like that it supports top security for your files thus making it a very secure solution for file management.
It is very simple and easy to manage the leads and collorabate information. Comforting to know that all the information is safe and secure as well.

Pros

The best feature in this software is the "help" automations that literally walk you through the different activities you may want to accomplish in the software.
Great place to store all personal and private files. Clients appreciate my ability to help them with storing their trusts, wills and special needs.
I love the fact that we have been able to get rid of a lot of paper in the files and use e-file, which has been so amazing. We can just log in and get any information we need for our clients.

Cons

I am SWOTing Huddle as we are trialing the software for enterprise use. Some major flaws that are hard to ignore with a couple I consider "critical points of failure.
I work with large documents and I’m struggling to navigate back to my original spot in the document (after clicking on an in-text link). I must be missing something.
I think it would be harsh to give a 4 star rating because it don't have that.

Cons

The inability to add to something already filed and the inability to delete unwanted items. Example I made a new profile and never used it, now I cannot delete that profile and it is very annoying.
Hate the checking in and out of documents and often I get error codes trying to check something back in. I have no doubt it has far more capabilities than I utilize as a small firm.
The inability to delete accidentally uploaded files is completely unacceptable.
