Pros

Easy to use, user friendly and as administrator i find that the Huddle Help team brilliant.
My experience with Huddle has been really amazing and helpful. I like that it supports top security for your files thus making it a very secure solution for file management.
The benefits to us are the ability to collaborate across geographies, and particularly the ability to set up simple environments quickly.

Pros

What I like best is the price and the fact that I can go anywhere and access my database of customers. I also like how easy it is to upload documents that correlate with my customers.
We were strongly leaning toward karmaCRM and decided to go for it in the midst of explosive growth. KarmaCRM not only worked for, the support staff were wonderful and incredibly helpful.
Not only is KarmaCRM the best and easiest to use, their support team is beyond fantastic.

Cons

I am SWOTing Huddle as we are trialing the software for enterprise use. Some major flaws that are hard to ignore with a couple I consider "critical points of failure.
I think it would be harsh to give a 4 star rating because it don't have that.
Lastly, it also can be a little sluggish and slow to respond at times. Not very frequently but the lag is there.

Cons

I would be flat on my back, should ever happen something disastrous to it... (which of course wouldn't, as it is cloud-based and you can have everything exported from it).
And if you don't use it consistently, it's a waste of time and money.
The one drawback is that it won't automatically code clicking boxes from Wufoo, only fill in the blanks and drop down menus. If they could figure out how to do that, I'd give it 5/5.
