Pros

My experience with Huddle has been really amazing and helpful. I like that it supports top security for your files thus making it a very secure solution for file management.
It is very simple and easy to manage the leads and collorabate information. Comforting to know that all the information is safe and secure as well.
The benefits to us are the ability to collaborate across geographies, and particularly the ability to set up simple environments quickly.

Pros

Super easy set up, effortless onboarding, and great pricing plan for small groups. It has strong search functionality and intuitive threading.
I love that this has reminder features, I use slack to message myself for anything i need to have at hand. I also love that it helps keep everyone on the same page.
I like that this can be used community-wide as a "water cooler. It is also awesome because you can have private conversations.

Cons

I am SWOTing Huddle as we are trialing the software for enterprise use. Some major flaws that are hard to ignore with a couple I consider "critical points of failure.
I work with large documents and I’m struggling to navigate back to my original spot in the document (after clicking on an in-text link). I must be missing something.
I think it would be harsh to give a 4 star rating because it don't have that.

Cons

Only thing which I struggle with is that I get lost in my channels sometimes. You can only go into one channel at a time.
Slack is a tool, and if a company fails to identify the ground rules, it can be useless. The organizations that dislike using slack often have not defined rules around using it.
It feels disorganized, repetitive, and obsolete. I do not think that this is going to be something we use in the longterm.

Overall solid platform for small virtual teams

Pros

Easy to use, lots of necessary functionality that takes the pain out of remote collaborative work, like screensharing.

Cons

It doesn't deliver the greatest call quality. We've actually switched to another platform for our team huddles.

Real time conversations at it's best!

The verdict? I really recommend this product. Great support and very easy to use. I know that the issues will be fixed for this great product.

Pros

It has a good UX/UI so it is very easy to use and navigate. We use it on team huddles on or off the office. User friendly even on the mobile app. It mirrors the desktop app, and it is perfect when you message someone while away from your desk.

Cons

Creating a profile sometimes is an issue. Some of our colleagues are not able to complete their profiles. I just wish that the admins can fix this kind of issue.

Perfect for cross team communication

Pros

Allows for a lot of flexibility in communicating between teams. You can have private conversations, group "rooms" or one-time huddle conversations, and you can set notification settings for each individual one to be sure only important ones grab your attention right away. Also nice to have more "whimsical" features like giphy integration to keep it light when needed. I also like the fact that you can be a part of several different "slacks" under the same user.

Cons

That admins can have control over users' notification settings - disabling your ability to set stuff to "silent" mode. This should be an individual choice.
