Pros

My experience with Huddle has been really amazing and helpful. I like that it supports top security for your files thus making it a very secure solution for file management.
It is very simple and easy to manage the leads and collorabate information. Comforting to know that all the information is safe and secure as well.
The benefits to us are the ability to collaborate across geographies, and particularly the ability to set up simple environments quickly.

Pros

It is easy to navigate the files, and organise them in a meaningful way. Also the ability to uploade any kind of file is positive.
I think it's a great, sleek product with the right amount of features and integrations; it's a good balance of features and flexibility.
It is easy track progress of project when multiple users are working on it. Easy to update progress of task assigned to user or person.

Cons

I am SWOTing Huddle as we are trialing the software for enterprise use. Some major flaws that are hard to ignore with a couple I consider "critical points of failure.
I work with large documents and I’m struggling to navigate back to my original spot in the document (after clicking on an in-text link). I must be missing something.
I think it would be harsh to give a 4 star rating because it don't have that.

Cons

At first, it is a little confusing but then you soon realize that it is very user-friendly.
I also miss a simple text editor or note tasking with markdown, but note attached to the to do lists.
Plus there is no recognizable system on how to tag or call out these files/links from the "To Do" or "Messages" panel.
