Pros

Easy to use, user friendly and as administrator i find that the Huddle Help team brilliant.
My experience with Huddle has been really amazing and helpful. I like that it supports top security for your files thus making it a very secure solution for file management.
It is very simple and easy to manage the leads and collorabate information. Comforting to know that all the information is safe and secure as well.

Pros

It provides a modern environment to collaborate with teammates. For me this product is a good solution for companies where employees should better know each other through variety of platforms.
The experience is really great and reliable. I can share all my photos videos through it and also to create a positive environment is the best feature present in it.
It provides amazing business collaboration services and easy to use interface. I strongly recommend this tool to others who really need a nice workplace.

Cons

I am SWOTing Huddle as we are trialing the software for enterprise use. Some major flaws that are hard to ignore with a couple I consider "critical points of failure.
I work with large documents and I’m struggling to navigate back to my original spot in the document (after clicking on an in-text link). I must be missing something.
I think it would be harsh to give a 4 star rating because it don't have that.

Cons

It provides a safe room for security, therefore no worry for GDPR regulation. In the case of switching into a paid version of the software, some previous data and accounts of company got lost.
Too many spam and fake things on the website that it basically ruined my life.
This program can almost connect coworkers too closely. It's a way for inappropriate people to reach out to coworkers in a bad way.

It's OK

It's OK, but it's not my favorite. For a smaller organization, I would look at Slack instead.

Pros

Most people know how to use Facebook so most folks don't need training on Workplace. The live feature is particularly useful for our daily company huddles.

Cons

It's not Slack. Sure, you can create different groups and permissions. But it's not good for project or task management and the collaboration is clunky.
