Pros

My experience with Huddle has been really amazing and helpful. I like that it supports top security for your files thus making it a very secure solution for file management.
Easy to use, user friendly and as administrator i find that the Huddle Help team brilliant.
It is very simple and easy to manage the leads and collorabate information. Comforting to know that all the information is safe and secure as well.

Pros

We used this product while working with UK team. It was making our work fun & I could say it was a really helpful to build a better relationship with the overseas team while carrying out our work.
It's great at what it does, but you really have to want something like this (and you need buy-in from a large contingent of your organization) to reap the benefits.
It's great in general, I just do hope that other popular social media platform can be scalable to the enterprise, but I do realize that may add to liability and complications on the content.

Cons

I am SWOTing Huddle as we are trialing the software for enterprise use. Some major flaws that are hard to ignore with a couple I consider "critical points of failure.
I work with large documents and I’m struggling to navigate back to my original spot in the document (after clicking on an in-text link). I must be missing something.
I think it would be harsh to give a 4 star rating because it don't have that.

Cons

Sometimes gives errors when trying to upload images. The main problem is not these issues themselves, but that they're random and hard to duplicate, making it difficult to find a solution.
It is annoying to have to do everything from outlook and the way yammer comes up in outlook is more of an annoyance than anything. If it were stand alone it would be much better and less intrusive.
May become difficult not be puzzled in such large tree views of various communities. Too many information entries may lead to confusion & let people publish information almost anywhere.
