Pros

My company has just started using this tool and so far we are very impressed with the user friendliness and very clean interface.
This software is great for businesses who would like to engage with their employees to get the best ideas to help develop and grow the business.
Also, the collaboration with other companies like trend one and HYVE are very powerful. Overall a great package.

Pros

One of the most useful aspects of Flock is the ability to create and engage with various different channels seamlessly. This allows for more effective and efficient communication.
Flock is a great connective tool for our company. It is a streamlined platform with which we can connect with each other, which is important since we rarely meet as a group.
It's a great tool to do an internal communication in an organization. Very user friendly and price is very reasonable.

Cons

The unclarity of the backend in some cases...it's hard to find what I'm looking for some time. Also, the limit of licenses is annoying for us; I'd wish for a different pricing model.
There is no need for extensive trainings or documentations. This also applies to the administration of the software.
I find it very difficult to say anything negative about this software due to the fact that I have had such a pleasant experience.

Cons

Sending an email following a missed message is crowding my inbox. But overall, I can't think of any serious dislikes.
I really have no current complaints about this software.
You can't DM multiple people, hard to manage a lot of different conversations which we need a lot in our organization. There's parts of the UX that is just clunky and annoying.
