Pros

My company has just started using this tool and so far we are very impressed with the user friendliness and very clean interface.
This software is great for businesses who would like to engage with their employees to get the best ideas to help develop and grow the business.
Also, the collaboration with other companies like trend one and HYVE are very powerful. Overall a great package.

Pros

Great and streamlined software with a great ability to scale with ANY company within any industry.
This software serves quite specific use cases and has worked perfectly for the company that I work for. It fits the culture seamlessly and accommodates rigorous ideation and feedback.
I have been looking at Hearken but when I found IdeaNote, I am very happy for it serves what Hearken does at an affordable price, easy deployment, and customizable system.

Cons

The unclarity of the backend in some cases...it's hard to find what I'm looking for some time. Also, the limit of licenses is annoying for us; I'd wish for a different pricing model.
There is no need for extensive trainings or documentations. This also applies to the administration of the software.
I find it very difficult to say anything negative about this software due to the fact that I have had such a pleasant experience.

Cons

The default view is designed more for the management of ideas, which is a critical role, but users simply coming to provide ideas could easily get lost and overwhelmed.
I need to pivot my business in these chaotic times and at the brainstorming and idea refinement stages Ideanote allows me to throw as many ideas out there as I have and capture them for later review.
Your ideas are useless, until or unless a user shares their needs add some topping and trims.
