Pros

The ability to integrate is amazing, my team makes the most of all its functions, getting very good results in our audience.
I can view all my documents with the help of its online viewer that allows to view all of them without any need to download them separately. It provides great settings with a reliable result.
It's instant communication that avoids having to wait hours or days for a response. We are aware that those who have programmed guidelines and that journalists are free is excellent and very useful.

Pros

If you're looking for the functionality they offer, this is a clear winner. Software is stable and simple.
My experience with disciple media was top-notch. Their team is a fantastic group of people, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable.
Value is great and the customer support if very very strong. More than I would have expected given the price.

Cons

Its a bit of a chunky product which first time users might find intimidating. The pricing I suppose limits the number of business units who can opt for against competition.
I feel if i were to loose access to IBM Connections I will really feel the gap.
Personally I have had a hard time understanding the complicated interface and all the features.

Cons

AI felt it was unprofessional to tell our users to go through this process and.
It is a little bit expensive if you are just building your subscriber ship. It’s unfortunately the reason we ended up Migrating to a new platform.
CMS is still relatively new so doesn't all of the short cuts you would want.
