Pros

The ability to integrate is amazing, my team makes the most of all its functions, getting very good results in our audience.
I can view all my documents with the help of its online viewer that allows to view all of them without any need to download them separately. It provides great settings with a reliable result.
It's instant communication that avoids having to wait hours or days for a response. We are aware that those who have programmed guidelines and that journalists are free is excellent and very useful.

Pros

We love working with this. Setting up was easy easy easy and tech support has been great with everything.
Ability to share attachments, ability to customize login info and visibility, mobile option. Group communication options are excellent.
It was not sophisticated but worked really well for our work purposes and I loved the notification you received when someone started sending you a chat.

Cons

Its a bit of a chunky product which first time users might find intimidating. The pricing I suppose limits the number of business units who can opt for against competition.
I feel if i were to loose access to IBM Connections I will really feel the gap.
Personally I have had a hard time understanding the complicated interface and all the features.

Cons

With our company being a phone based company, it is sometimes hard to get a hold of our employees when problems or emergency issues come up.
On associate complains about not being able to position the tabs horizontally. There is no delete function for the individual user.
I am patiently waiting a gif search and embed feature. Sometimes words and emojis just don't do the trick, and you need to harness the Michael Scott saying "NO NO NOOOO" gif to get your point across.
