Pros

The ability to integrate is amazing, my team makes the most of all its functions, getting very good results in our audience.
I can view all my documents with the help of its online viewer that allows to view all of them without any need to download them separately. It provides great settings with a reliable result.
It's instant communication that avoids having to wait hours or days for a response. We are aware that those who have programmed guidelines and that journalists are free is excellent and very useful.

Pros

It is super easy to use because almost everybody is familiar with it. Another amazing thing about it is that it has made viewing, selling or buying anything from anyone really easy.
The greatest strength of Workplace for Facebook is that it has a familiar UI that makes it easy for anyone to use it. The pricing is really attractive - far cheaper than competing products.
It's an amazing application for organization, It just as easy as Facebook chat, I love the feature to communicate with other person by video and audio call.

Cons

Its a bit of a chunky product which first time users might find intimidating. The pricing I suppose limits the number of business units who can opt for against competition.
I feel if i were to loose access to IBM Connections I will really feel the gap.
Personally I have had a hard time understanding the complicated interface and all the features.

Cons

It provides a safe room for security, therefore no worry for GDPR regulation. In the case of switching into a paid version of the software, some previous data and accounts of company got lost.
Too many spam and fake things on the website that it basically ruined my life.
This program can almost connect coworkers too closely. It's a way for inappropriate people to reach out to coworkers in a bad way.
