Compared to the software we used before, Bloomfire is smart, easy to use and also really easy to update. This is a good platform for documenting stuff and using it company wide. You can arrange pages in a fine manner which is good because everything stays at place then and does not become cumbersome.

Do not use this is you have a prospects list over 1000. Etremely lacking as a CRM, reporting is terrible, customizations are so basic, and customer support is the worst I have ever seen. Even with the premium versions. The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen.

Practice it allows growth and management of my business it ways I never dreamed possible I find myself saying, "Wow, the Weave can help me do that better a lot. It is the worst, call into support and put on hold, for 30 minutes, while all the time getting messages about using the chat, only problem the chat is just as bad, was number 17 in the queue.
