Pros

The showcase collections are fantastic and the ability to create a good looking public interface has improved our relations with clients and has been a great support to our sales organization.
Overall, Image Relay is a solid product and the interface is good. Customer support has always been responsive and good.
From start to finish the team at Image Relay is fantastic. The software delivers what they promise and the sales and support team is the best in the business.

Pros

The strengths of this software are that it is very easy to implement and to use. It is easy to onboard service providers.
And that is the essence of a good system where the whole community is involved and one can see how her/his issue is resolved in near real time.
Simple is key and that's the main adjective to it. KISS: Keep it Simple and Straightforward fits this software perfectly.

Cons

If the internet isn't too quick, the entire page will bump down while I'm clicking something causing me to miss it and click on something else.
Initially we had some problems with PDF's, but learned the problem was on our end and it was east for IR to diagnose the problem and recommend a solution.
License fee is somewhat costly. Other than that no disadvantages so far.

Cons

As said above, the reporting of problems is often a bottleneck in traditional systems whereby one will see the problem and will have to call/email/ or phone the helpdesk to report it.
From taking the decision to having it running, no more than a week passed by.
Integration with our existing CAFM is possible but the overlap of functionalities has made it difficult for our IS teams to draw the line.
