Good service, setup was a pain

Pros

This was an issue with Jive, our previous provider.

Cons

Setup was a big hassle. The web based tools are confusing, and don't show everything the system is capable of. Support is aware of these significant limitations, and they're well versed in getting things done, so don't try doing it yourself like I did. Support also has access to more features than the user is given.

Overpriced

Nextiva charges extra for many things that were standard with Jive. Support is knowledgable, but incompetent with trying to cancel.

Pros

a lot of features knowledgable support they offer a month-to-month term (which I now wish I had done)

Cons

nickel and dime not helpful or good at resolving issues when trying to cancel. no service-level agreement for small businesses
