Easy to use. Use it for sales tracking. Very organized

overall, it's a really great CRM software. better than others that I have used by far

Pros

it takes some getting use to, but it is very easy to set follow ups, see which customers you met with on which days, and track conversations

Cons

some parts of the application do not jive well with existing applications that we were using for shipping at our company

Great CRM

i had problems with my call center agents and with the utility of reports and the integration of jive i had a better view of the work of my team

Pros

Is a great tool to get all the info of your call center team great reports and know when they are working and when not so you can get all the info you need with no problem and I like that it has a great integration with jive

Cons

to configure something you cant do it your self if you dont have IT knowledge
