Pros

I love their service, the quality and friendliness of the team members (especially their account management people) behind the tool.
Today, we are happy with our usage of Elium because it helps us to improve how we design digital products.
Very good software to help our project of share and capitalize informations.

Pros

A good, simple to use tool with an excellent user Interface for shift-left of support.
A great way to share knowledge and save time for our users and support.
Defently a good solution for every organization who needs to be more efficient.

Cons

One point that remains difficult for our company is the management of the “notifications. We use Elium quite intensively; all our company communications goes through Elium.
Regarding the functionalities, there are no real cons.
I don't have things that i don't like at all in this software.

Cons

The worst point is, that the user-password is not needed, to follow a shared link. This is regarded very critical from the point of view of the management.
Missing a mobile app to use by logged in users.
