Pros

This software is very effective and great at keep information private and secure.
I like that it is very user friendly and has a useful search function that allows me to search by either the title of the document or the fields within the document.
Great way to distribute documents for signature authorization. Also great for document control and access.

Pros

Their customer service is outstanding. If you have a question of any kind, they are always available to answer questions and offer solutions as to how to get the most out of this software.
We love ShareFile and trust it entirely with our client's security. We would highly recommend to another prospective user.
It also integrates well with Microsoft Outlook as a plugin which provides a good user experience. It is really useful because it allows us to share files without having to make a user account.

Cons

Our company does not have the newest version so it if missing a lot of the features.
The system lags and has issues importing large or multiple documents.
This software is difficult to understand and takes a while to adapt to.

Cons

Some of our people on the network complain of speed but this is probably more a problem caused by their internet speed and connection.
Sometimes it transferring files is very slow. It is very boring when the transferring process is slow.
Some clients' email systems do not even recognize the emails, so they are unaware that anything has been sent.
