Pros

Laserfiche has been a great software to work with. Their customer service is good, if you have a problem they are allows there to help you through it.
My experience after using this software was very good because it contains useful aspects and better guide lines.
I have been using Laserfiche in some form for over 12 years. I appreciate that it allows the user to organize information in a way that is meaningful to them.

Pros

The Gantt chart is amazing and very handy as a project management tool and good for scheduling. It has a Customized automated workflows, and also can be integrated with so many popular Apps.
We want to stress that we love and recommend Wrike mostly for its ability to combine what we see as available features from other applications under one umbrella.
What makes Wrike stand out from the competition is it's clean and appealing design. I love how dashboards look like and that I can arrange it in multiple ways.

Cons

Doing ediscovery from Laserfiche and it is a terrible products.
It is a terrible product for e discovery. The only function We need is to be able to see the documents.
We've been using Laserfiche since 2006 and have drastically cut down on our lease space because we no longer have the need for filing cabinets.

Cons

Then they deactivated our account with no warning, and when I asked they said "it's written on the invoice. I supposedly had access to a CSM, but they never called.
We use it at the office to set tasks, and determine times to do them. There is no warning system that reminds you of your pending tasks, and you only see them if you go into the app.
Currently, they just blend together and it is very difficult to see any separation between these three items (in for example the Table view). This is THE biggest point of annoyance for me with Wrike.
