What I like the most about this collaboration software is the simple and logical UI, which is not overloaded with lots of unnecessary features. It has all we need for successful communication.

The transfer feature is also amazing. Very easy to use and also very intuitive, so it was great for training new employees who weren't as tech savvy.

Clean look, responsive design, easy to use and navigate, great and useful dashboard reports. Also it has seamless integration with Skype for business and Oracle.

The incoming hook limitation of maximum content length is the hell (Mattermost don't inform the customer about a message which was higher above the hard coded message size limit).

A bad user interface, a lot of bugs, sometime you need to restart it in order to make sure that everything works as expected.

Cons

This is probabaly more user error than an actual flaw with the software, but I had a difficult time navigating between the different tabs when i had multipel tabs open.

The multiple tabs could be sometimes confusing at first, I missed a way I could classify them (in different colors, for instance).
