Office 365 is an ideal suite of enterprise tools for any business, regardless of its size. The integration of all applications, cloud platform mobility, and the quality of the support make it work for our organization to be optimized.
The possibility of remote access of any corporate file.
The mobile platform can still be improved.

It's great product deployed on cloud ,which gives me flexibilty to login from any device and it's independent of your corporate network intranent. It's great.
Independence of corporate url and Intranet dependency to login every time to your email account.
Verification using SMS everytime is time consuming and if I move to diffrent country how I will authenticate OTP .SO need option of verification on other email.

We deploy O365 in our corporate environment as well as our customers' deployments.
We appreciate the frequency of updates and always having the latest version of the applications deployed.
Occasionally, the frequent updates will break some application integrations and require some troubleshooting.

The Office 365 Suite is a great solution to be used in office and corporate environments.
I did not like having to pay for the office suite. There are other tools out there that do almost the exact same things for free.

I had a great experience of working with this software solution
Easy to do all the office and administrative task in a single place with full flexibility of doing the job
The price is costly if you purchase the pro version for an individual but corporate can easily afford it.

Full integration of productivity tools with corporate backoffice applications and Single Sign On experience
The most advantage for the implementation of Microsoft 365 is the Integration of all the componentes and ease of use for end users
Hybrid deployment for transition phase during migration from onPremise platform requires high skilled technical support

In my daily working environment I used the most common tool Outlook for my email communications, and for my other work i use office tools. Skype for regular office communications, many more tools that are great and easy to work with
office 365 give you everything you need to work in a corporate world. Outlook to office tools, skype etc
A little expensive but worth the investment.

I use this daily at work to access corporate forms and share files with my team.
I appreciate the ability to check my personal work email and share files in the same place. We use this produce in tandem with the rest of the Microsoft Office products. Great ability to organize files and accurately restrict access to the correct set of files per person.
This product is not as flexible as some other file sharing products, but for a company of our size (500+) it is probably one of the best options for our needs. Some times it is too rigid for my preferences.

I love using Microsoft 365. The software has made the whole team efficient.
In Microsoft 365 I daily use planner and everyone in the company can create a planner and assign tasks to each other. Sharepoint is very helpful as everyone can work in the same things at same time.
Sometimes, it's difficult for the new user while using share function and delegating the task keeping in mind corporate governance.

Accessing corporate data from a browser session means there's a significantly lower footprint for complicated application software.
It integrates very nicely with the Okta single sign-on, and all features I need to use are easily available.
Microsoft often makes decisions about how things will appear and what features are enabled, and those decisions are not always useful.

We use it every day in a corporate setting, as is expected for all businesses.Never fails.
Office 265 is the suite that every competitor looks to re-create. It has all the programs needed for a corporate setting (excel, office, word, etc.) and is available bot online as well as a software app and mobile apps. We use it on all platforms and it would be tough to switch away.
There was a big update about a year or two ago that threw everything off with the way dates worked, and we had to re-haul all our files to conform. Once it was done it worked again, and our only complaint now is the way it scrolls diagonally on a trackpad which is extremely annoying.

I started using Office 365 due to the migration of the company's license type, but over the months I discovered the tools like Planner, Teams, Sharepoint etc. With sharepoint it was possible to create several solutions to digitize processes (forms) and attach workflows to automate the approval steps. Teams is a complete communication tool!
Office 365 offers a complete suite for various types of demand. In addition to the traditional office applications, I highlight Teams and Sharepoint. Products that are integrated with various office products and facilitate the publication and organization of documents.
To create the Federation and use your corporate email, do a little work. but after everything is set up, it works well

Overall, This is a great all-in-one software with lots of features for office, corporate & educational institutions.
I love all of this software. It is absolutely great & has tons of features under one subscription. It is loaded with Microsoft Office, team, Overloaded drive storage, E-mail with personal domain, Azure & many more. Loving its features already.
I love this software & I couldn't find anything to dislike about it. But some features of the software may be improved including Email software & communication tools (Microsoft Team)

Overall, if you're looking for a suite for your corporate employee, Office 365 is the way to go.
Everything I use on a daily basis at work is included - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc. These programs I am very familiar with, as they have been around as long as I have worked in the corporate world and only get more functional and easier to use.
Really no cons; everything I need is here and easy to use.

purchase of corporate subscription makes it easy to sign into all tools under suite in unified way
good for documentation and sharing hard copies of digital documents with others who do not routinely use googledocs. good for excel sheets which have greater functionality than google sheets.
coordinating and editing of documents and sheets in real time is not doable, requires passing files back and forth and waiting on others to contribute

With Office 365, the company carries out its work daily.
What I use most of the Office 365 package is Excel, with this I can create the company's payroll.
What I like the least about Office 365 is corporate mail, sometimes your address rejects other emails sent or your emails get spammed.

Using everyday for personal and corporate emails and it allows me to keep updated wherever and whenever I need
You can access emails wherever you are, and it also a good collaboration tool where you can add changes to a sheet while someone else in your team is also updating it
Email app for mobile is limited. You can’t for instance set out of office replies during a period of time

Word excel and publisher. We need office 365 for everyday usage in whatever area it may be. It's come with our corporate account
Nothing changed from the past but they incorporated the motto about if it's not broke then there's no change needed.

I suppose for big corporations (or law firms, where I once worked and eFax supplied everyone with their own fax line), this is a good product. However, even when I used it at the law firm, I did not always get notification as I should have, or as fast as I should have, of the receipt of a fax. Or confirmation of a fax. It's nice to have the history of the faxes you've received, so you can go back...
Expensive, shady "free trial" that bills you no matter what, doesn't offer anything in terms of increased efficiency or performance that I can't get from using a free or already installed on my machine service.
