Pros

I love the advanced security & ease of use with this program (once I figured it out LOL). The cloud based business applications make a world of difference.
It's another game changer for us (most of us work from home). The way everything fits together is awesome and having MS Teams at the centre of it all is brilliant.
Very positive experience - any successful business would find significant efficiencies and opportunities by moving to 365.

Pros

Very good, our partnership manager is always very reposive and helpful. It provides a great platform to showcase our content and has definitely helped convert sales.
They are so great to work with, go above and beyond to meet our needs, are creative and innovative, and truly just a great experience. Their technology is just what we needed.
The Support team is great and really responsive. In terms of the portal the ease of use for admin - to manage users and groups etc - is great.

Cons

I hate, hate, hate, hate the fact that you cannot install each app on its own. It is pointless to force people who only need Excel or Word to install EVERYTHING.
This is the sort of thing the hard drive resident application never struggled with. Conditional formatting layered up is the sort of thing that causes problems.
Sometimes i get logged out and have trouble logging back in. This is very rare but can be confusing and upsetting as everything is on there.

Cons

There could be more tools to make tagging easier - templates for regular uploads. Also uploading tools for clients with poor connectivity.
A few features missing, but these have been noted by Image and are being deployed in later updates.
There is a few features which we do not make the most potential of I believe, but I am unsure how they would integrate into our business etc.
