Pros

I have loved it from the moment my work started using it and all the staff I work with love it. It’s so easy to work with and wonderful.
Love that I have all the office programs I'm used to plus more and they are always up to date. Outlook especially is my favourite as it is such a clean easy to use mail system.
I like that it is easy to share documents and folders with coworkers or links to a document with anyone. It is nice that the subscription covers a few devices and users.

Pros

Would recommend for your business. Great if you want to ensure you have a smooth recording and such.
Super easy to use!!! They have videos explaining everything and IF you still get stuck they have amazing customer service that reply so frickin fast!!! LOVE THIS.
I especially appreciate the ease at which I can distribute a webinar, the attendees to my webinars do not have to download software like you have to do with some other webinar systems.

Cons

Seldom have I got confused while being on call because the voice/audio just on the other end just slows down and create confusion in the meeting or conference that leads to poor audible experience.
Unable to pin important posts for the whole team to reference, ugly emojis, and poor gif selection. Also unable to remove old chats from the "recent" section of the private message interface.
There is nothing I dislike about the software. My problem is customer service when I have a simple question, I can barely understand the representatives.

Cons

My overall experience was terrible and your customer service is shockingly bad - you took a recurring payment for the software after I had cancelled it.
Sometimes there are problems with the transmission (that do not refer to my own connection). I had that problem only one time so far.
This disappeared for unexplained reasons, and they kept saying that they were working on it, and blaming Facebook, but it never returned.
