Pros

This software creates a great collaboration ability between all team members.

Cons

Setting up the environment is not easy, especially the sharepoint piece when it comes to controlling content within the organization

Awesome office quite for all your work-related needs

This suite of software includes everything you could ask for when it comes to work - from creating documents, sheets or presentations, to sharing and working on files collaboratively, to email and calendar management.

Cons

Some of the online collaboration options are somewhat limiting in the browser in terms of functionality and features, but you can work around this by working on your document in the desktop program and selecting "Auto Save" to make sure your changes appear automatically for your collaborators.

Developing into a modern, almost flimsy experience, with many shaky updates to keep a modern look and experience--i.e. with OneDrive and such like Is not well documented--most helpful resources are third party Microsoft is practically unreachable by phone and the forum is lame--sometimes you only get one response, asking for more details, but no follow-up once the details are provided.

Pros

The ability to save directly to OneDrive and/or Sharepoint with applications such as Word or Excel is extremely valuable and is a great solution for small organizations that have no local central storage or tend to save items directly on their own PCs.

Cons

A wish-list item would be wider acceptance for OneDrive integration with 3rd party apps - similar to DropBox.

Cons

The premium version for business is expensive to acquire and maintain. Sometimes the software experiences some lags and does not function properly when there is a slow internet connection.
