Pros

So if I do not have my laptop on me because I am out of the office I can use my cellphone. My team also likes that we can share our notes with each other for progress updates and team notes.

It's also great that I can access it across many devices after just signing in just incase I needed my notes while I was elsewhere. This tool is great for also taking notes during meetings, etc.

One of the most frustrating aspects of this program was the loss of information. Annual program updates would lose data from the prior version to the updated version.
