How easy it is to have a system that is organized and easy to navigate.
Copy and paste ability wasn’t quite as smooth as something like ClickUp, which I’ve been using more regularly now.

After Microsoft Outlook, OneNote and Asana its a delight to work just in one application. I am very satisfied.
The flexibility within click up is fantastic. Create spaces and projects according to your wishes, so that both personal tasks / projects and team tasks / projects can be managed in a good way. (Add customized fields, create your own statussen). Before I used Outlook tasks in combination with OneNote for a projects and Asana for the team tasks. I am a GTD user and now I have implemented everything within Click Up, one interface where all my tasks are centralized. In addition, the service is in full development and regular updates appear. I'm curious what else is coming.
I Use Click Up now for several months and from three applications I went back to 1 application, filling in all the wishes I had concerning managing my tasks. So there is not something that I dislike

Extremely satisfied and have already recommended this tool as a CRM for our clients
ClickUp has been quick in updating their integrations and are consistently putting out improvements with occasional bugs that show up in the way.
ClickUp has a spreadsheet view that is still behind Google Spreadsheet and Microsoft Excel

What I like about this software is the many different views I can get because sometimes I want to view it in kanban style but also sometimes i want to view the list in a list view.
The status; ok i understand the need for and open/closed status... but let me choose what it is written.. maybe i want the open to say 'review' or the close to be change to 'done'. Your widgets for android.. maybe take a look at OneNote widgets.. they are really usefull

Quickly have an overview of open, completed and on-hold tasks. Involve your teammembers within projects using sub tasks.
Easy way to create tasks, assign them to collegues and categorize them. No software installation needed.
Some hick-ups appear when displaying tasks using Microsoft EDGE, but runs fine with Firefox and Chrome.

Clickup is an all in all app for projects and task management. I keep track of the list of my clients and where each project is headed. It also helps me to watch the same project in different views which helps me to watch things in different light. Though my most favorite is kanban.
Different views are not connected. I used to love Microsoft planner which was available as part of my previous office's enterprise plan.
Hey, Ridwan! We really appreciate you taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review! We're so happy to hear that you're enjoying a productivity boost with ClickUp! Don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything at all! Have an amazing and productive day!

I have had a very nice and great experience with Clickup. It has ton of features to use and it seamlessly integrates with other softwares such as Microsoft Outlook, Gmail etc.
I have been using Clickup for more than 6 years and it has been of great help. It is one of the best tool for project management and it allows you to engage and interact with coworkers. I like how it allows me to manage, organize and plan my daily tasks with ease.
Clickup is amazing, robust and exceptional. Only that for new users, Clickup can be a little bit confusing to get started.

I'm a service provider and a team manager - this is great for both creating client portals and assigning client tasks and homework, as well as managing teams and assigning them granular specific tasks as well as planning out hyper-complex multi-tier projects.
I like that I can organize EVERYTHING I want in ClickUp. It's replaced: - Trello - Asana (before Asana had an easy Kanban <> List switch) - Evernote/OneNote - Google Docs - Google Forms/Typeform, etc - Toggl Team task management is amazing - It's wonderful to scale with - great for the basic user to the 200 user team. MOST of all - is the team behind the tool - they're hyper responsive to customers, the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and dev team interacting directly with their users and actively listening to requests and are constantly improving. The rate at which they develop is incredible.
Some "luxury" features are lacking - automations is still clunky, mobile app is useless right now. Offline mode is sorely needed - but understandable a difficult order to fulfill with so much data having to be downloaded to the device...

I like that you can create a form to collect feedback from coworkers that are then made into tasks.
The form feature does not organize the way you would hope or expect for a form, especially since Microsoft forms does this for free with the office programs you probably already have.

EASY to use, which has really made a significant difference in our project tracking
If I had to find something, I would say that I wish the integration with Microsoft Teams worked as well as the desktop app. It is more of a Teams issue and more of a nit. Other than that, I love ClickUp!

Love it would recommend for sure
The Kanban Style work flow and integration with other application like Microsoft team / slack. all these help us to plan our production more efficiently. It help us to integrate different departments and stakeholders more conveniently. The time tracking ability also help us to analyse different teams productivity
Wish Gantt chart was available for free users and for small users

As mentioned in the Pros section this has been the best Project/team management solution we have attempted to use. For years we have tried different solutions, but none allowed us to get a complete picture of what the team is doing as well as individuals on the team.
Gantt Charts, Subtasks, Chat, OneDrive integration, Email (Outlook) Integration, and Toggl Integration. Of the software we had used and what we were evaluating ClickUp was by far the most flexible solution. How it integrated with what we were already using made it a no brainer to select and we have not been disappointed.
I would love to see how automation will be integrated into an already great product. The only thing I've personally found that didn't work well was the Microsoft Teams integration. I'm not sure how I would make it better, but what it offers now isn't very useful.

Clickup has improved organization for all my projects, I can integrate it with other applications like zoom, Microsoft office, google drive, etc. and I can even share some things with Monday.com, this tool saves all your projects, tasks and others things in the cloud, which is a great advantage since you can access all this data wherever you are.
I like it because it is a project management platform for a work team, which helps me work on any task or project, allows you to centralize all your work, Clickup has the task list tool, project management, in addition to that I can share and generate documents, it allows me to link it with my email, this application has an integrated chat which facilitates communication between your teammates, also create events within the calendar and also offers reminders, in addition This allows me to measure your objectives and your goals and thus realize if they are close to meeting the goals that are proposed for each month end.
This app has everything a team needs to work remotely thanks to its multiple features and tools that help streamline projects. I can't say anything bad about this app.

Everyone on the team is a pleasure to communicate with, and their employees reflect a lot of the values/features that I like most about the product. They are always quick to respond, transparent, and helpful.
The team at ClickUp is very transparent about what they are working on and when. They are constantly rolling out new features per user request and feedback. The app is reliable and simple enough to be applied to many contexts for us, and has helped us log and track daily tasks. It's highly customizeable.
There are a few key integrations that would be extremely helpful for our team, primarily in the Microsoft domain. Better integration with Outlook, as well as Teams would make a further impact for us. The mobile app is not nearly as intuitive as the web/desktop app, but it works well for quick tasks.

I've been able to capture tasks even in the middle of the night with ease. I've also been able to integrate my professional and personal tasks in one place. I can also use it either as a project planner or a straight-up task tracker (and both). It's quite seamless.
I love that ClickUp has an extremely robust free version. That's what I rely on to manage my personal, side hustle, and work projects all on one platform. It combines the best features of Microsoft Planner, Trello, and Jira, with added functionality, in an easy-to-use interface. The UI is colorful and well designed. It also has an app that works very well.
There are so many levels of organization (boards, projects, users, etc.) that it is a little daunting to set-up your system for the first time. I haven't really done a full investigation of all of ClickUp's features even though I use it every day.

Clickup is as powerful or as simple as you want it to be. They seem to be really serious about being the best collaborative tool out there. Clickup seems to roll out features every week as well! That is really impressive.
The amazing thing about clickup is that it offers you the exact information you need so easily, from personal filtered views all the way to a "bird's eye" view of everything that is going on in an organisation. Its calendar, list and board views are really useful, along with portfolios and gantt charts.
The gantt chart view is a bit wonky, as linked tasks are not presented neatly. While it is possible to create task dependencies, it is a nightmare to try to edit multiple tasks when things change, as the dates won't be automatically adjusted. A Microsoft Project replacement this is not, for sure, though I hope it will be, in time.

Clickup is helping our team keep track of the many projects we manage and helps us gain time with the background reporting that we can present to high level management without spending hours creating and filling dashboards.
We chose this product mainly for it's ease of use that does not compromise on features. Solutions like Microsoft Project are too bulky and the learning curve too challenging for the type of project we work with. On the other hand, common cloud based solutions lack important features, like true Gantt charts with dependencies, the ability to switch from Kanban view to list as each user sees fit. Clickup strikes the perfect balance.
Some features we need were missing: financial tracking and contact lists per projects, for example. But the development team seems to add new features very quickly and often. We are certain these will be added before too long.

This program meets your needs and, in my opinion, performs its functions well. It comes highly recommended for scheduling, project management, and collaboration.
The system needs to be learned by those who are not technologically competent.
I like that they can add connections to Google Sheets so that you can go there when you click on them or if you want to update something in Excel. Microsoft Office features like Bold, Italics, and Underline are available. When you wish to separate items in a box, dividers are another option. I enjoy how their scheduling function will return to its original time and remind you.

I am managing my Team, Projects, New Clients, New Business Ideas, Tracking Time taken per tasks and improving the Productivity, Scaling the Team.
Things which I like about ClickUp are:- 1) There is no alternative of ClickUp with respect to Features and Pricing. 2) TimeTracking ( which is a paid feature in other softwares like:- Asana, is freely available) 3) We can Hide Projects from other teammates ( even if we are on the free version of it) 4) The FREE Version of ClickUp is beating the Paid Version of so many other similar softwares. 5) Direct integration with the 3-rd Party tools wothout the use of Zapier, Integromat, IFTTT, Zoho Flow, Microsoft Flow, Integrately, Pabble Connect etc.
Nothing is missing in ClickUp but continuous evalutaion and development for making it even more better is always needed. ClickUp is one of it's kind in the market now adays.

Mostly good. I did ask customer service about pricing structure and got what felt like a sort of passive aggressive response.
ClickUp is one of the best project management applications I've seen on the market. It has a lot of really fantastic features, and although has a little bit of a learning curve, has become my go to across projects. It is feature rich and regularly updated. Updates are communicated clearly through the email marketing.
The pricing structure is bad. I *want* to pay for ClickUp to grant only my account access to features like Gantt charting, but because you have to pay for an entire team, it's unaffordable, and gives other teammates features they don't need. Please please please just give me the ability to pay for my account across all of my teams so I can use the software to its potential. As a contract project manager this would make things so much easier. One, flat fee per year like Microsoft Project charges.

I am using ClickUp to document code changes, bug fixes, deployments of code, document user stories, manage multicompany development of NAV, so that I can easily track code changes inside NAV database and I can simply search for my task on ClickUp that described what and why some code has been changed.
First, it is free, for now I am the only user, since I work as 1-man-band where I am implementing Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 R2 at an end-user with multiple companies around the globe, and since I always used Jira, Team Foundation Server to track and document software development, I had to find some alternative and I found ClickUp - easy to use, intuitive, great UI and I found it even more usable then Jira, which I used before. I have configured my own labels, so I can label my tasks each time I open a task, and based on that I filter for my To-Do list. I am eager to get paid version in near future, due to limitation of free version (file storage capacity).
Nothing really, it fits my needs as expected, I even like it more then the Jira, and I really loved Jira:) Perhaps, there are event too many options available since I am a single user, at the moment.
