I have begun to use this as my sole project and task tracker. I like that it saves all completed tasks to show how far a project has come along. It is rewarding to see all that has been accomplished.
I like how Planner is able to be customized to the project being working on with buckets and theming. It is also nice to assign tasks to others, knowing they will get alerts. Finally, I really enjoy the calendar view once tasks are assigned dates.
There is not one thing i like least, I know there are certain features I need to explore more.

Does all my job that is required and thus I dont have any challenges.
Integrated with other Microsoft products (like Teams) and the tool is easy to learn and use
Features not as strong as Atlassian/Jira and improvements could be made there.

It is an easy-to-use tool, but with few features that will allow you to work collaboratively.
Its highly controlled integration with the other Microsoft 365 product modules. It is very easy to learn, with the gantt view which is customizable and filterable. The management of notifications is intelligent, they are sent grouped, not one by one. Integration with email and other tools through Power Automate.
Few features on content management: No text formatting, impossible to identify collaborators in the comment, no drag and drop for files, no preview for images.

Leaving aside what was mentioned in the negative aspects, the general experience has been very good, we use this type of software a lot in the company and it has behaved very well. It's a 9.8/10 for me.
It's way easy to use, you don't need any previous experience. You can do many things, such as assign tasks to others and track those tasks with dates on the calendar, it makes everything very easy!
Perhaps the only negative thing is that only team members can participate in the task, that can make it somewhat uncomfortable.

Setup of the product has been extremely easy thanks to the knowledge on MS products. So the integration with MS O365 platform was simple as well providing at the same time an added value in terms of spped in the deployment of the solution.
User interface need to me improved with latest UX technologies.

Transperency in department task organization. Huge benefit is that everyone knows what the other ones are working on which can be completely different from the views into the calendars.
Structure, functionalities, also the visuals are very appealing.
The integration between Planner and To-Do could be better. There is a connector but unfortunately there is no way to move tasks from Planner in To-Do to another category than "Assigned to me". Also if there are some E-Mails I mark as a task, they appear in To-Do but there is no way to push them into a planner so that I can assign it to other people.

I like that the system is accessible on any device. The design is straightforward to use and is moderately feature rich.
There are some core missing features. You can't see all tasks by person assigned, and you can't see all tasks assigned to a team across multiple plans. The team aspect of Planner is minimal and needs to grow. Management features need to be added.

It is a practical tool for teams that base their work on Microsoft tools. It is an easy-to-use tool and practical. Without wasting time, a team member can start using it.
This tool helps you breakdown the tasks easily and organize them in a practical way. Additionally, team members can comment and interact within each tasks. This way all the necessery information for one task is kept organized in one place.
The tasks can not be automatically re-arranged according to the labels. Additionally, It is not friendly to the integration of different programs and tools apart from the products of Microsoft.

It has gone quite well for us, we managed to reduce costs by purchasing everything from a single provider (Microsoft). Previously we used Google apps for mail, repository and Zoho for projects and tasks, but now we have mail, planner, office software in a single dashboard.
It is a tool that comes included with the licensing that we already pay for along with Office 365 and Exchange. It is very easy to add new users, which we link to our corporate Microsoft account. It helps us reduce user administration and licensing since all those who require this service and others from Microsoft are managed on the same platform.
They are not dynamic like other tools we have used in the past. Obtaining gantt or flow charts is not something that simple. Although it helps the entire organization in general, users who manage projects still use project software especially when we have to follow up with third parties.

After seeing a different (paid) software that a vendor was using I decided to see what was included in our company's Microsoft offerings. It was exciting to see this is available and is very similar to the other product that a vendor uses. It's enabled me to better plan out my projects and make sure I don't miss any steps in the process. It also makes it easy to pull up and show my supervisors so they can see the status on everything as well.
It allows me to easily track various projects and tasks that I'm working on. It allows easy collaboration with other teammates on individual projects as well. Then everyone can quickly see what is being worked on, the status, and what needs attention.
It would be nice if I could integrate it into Outlook or someplace that's an easier reminder that it's there. Right now I have it open in my browser and keep it open all the time, but that's not ideal.

I have really enjoyed using Planner for what it is - basic project and task management. Within the context of a team it ex excellent for Agile project management. Outside of this context and when more robust project management is required Planner is often too limited and leads us to look for more able tools.
Super simple to use and with a good range of functionality, Planner is a light project management tool that is an important part of the Office 365 suite. Tasks for part of the task engine within Office 365 through Microsoft To Do. Information and categorisation that can be recorded on a task is versatile and, when coupled with search and filters, makes keeping track of tasks easy.
The most frustrating aspect of Planner is the lack of a public view of the board and tasks. Only members of the team can follow progress. Planner is so closely coupled into the team membership of Office 365 that it limits its uses. Also, the lack of gantt chart functionality weakens the ability of Planner to be considered a serious project management tool.

Microsoft Planner is very userfriendly and easy to use which makes it easier to collaborate with others on projects. The interface is simple which makes it easy to understand what is being done, also I like how it integrates with other Microsoft products, such as Office 365, OneDrive, Sharepoint and others which makes it easier to share tasks with my team.
Generally Microsoft Planner has been great for us but there are some features that could be added for example, it does not have a Gantt chart so some of our team have had to use a third party solution that offers this which breaks the integration slighty so this could be something to be added in future and another is that it would be more challenging to have assigned tasks for persons outside of our organization who does not have an account with our company.

The overall experience of planner is consistent with other Microsoft 365 products as well as Microsoft Teams.
The best part about this app is that it can be integrated with Microsoft Teams, which makes it pretty easy to use and very convenient to play around with.
The dashboard and graphs can be improved. And the provisions to create personalized planners can also be added.

Overall, this is another solid Microsoft tool and helps teams stay more organized.
Microsoft Planner is a good tool for planning among teams, keeping track of ongoing projects that are multilayered. It's easy to use and is integrated with other Microsoft apps.
One big feature I think is lacking for Microsoft Planner is the notifications. I had a hard time tagging coworkers and getting email notifications.

Nothing major to dislike about the product. It can be viewed as simple however this is the beauty for mixed abilith teams
