Pros

I loved the templates, functionality and the easy navigation.I loved the integration of audio & video on the presentation that was awesome.
The best and easy to download, makes presentations easy because slides are easy to customize, it's ability to print each slide directly. Has advanced designs and has multiple templates to chose from.
This software is versatile, making simple or complex follow along with slides with text and pictures to give the best learning experience. The clever infographics and videos are amazing.

Pros

The best thing about Prezi is that it creates good visual presentations and has great designs to help many visualise information in a useful way that normal powerpoint presentations cannot do.
Easy to make presentations. Presentations look super nice and super proffesional with this app.
It's easy to build an impressive presentation and the pre available templates are great for that, you can easily "wow" your attendees with its pre-build transitions.

Cons

The worst thing about PowerPoint is the lack of creativity in the included templates. They are very boring and repetitive.
There is not much I don't like about it except for the problem of it not being compatible with non-Windows systems. Errors often occur that corrupt files or the presentation does not display properly.
I am using PowerPoint for four years I did not find any flaw but there is one point on the products that suddenly they stopped working and I lost my files on which I was working at that time.

Cons

Sometimes it's difficult when you make errors to understand what you did wrong, and how to not create the same mistakes again.
Orientation can get confusing with all the zooming in and out.
If you are trying to analyze someone's presentation, constantly clicking through to find the correct keyframe is very ineffective.

We use PowerPoint for our weekly status reports that is presented to the management. It captures the essence of the work done by each of the team members in different projects. It is a great tool for that purpose.

Pros

Excellent for presentations to the management, Allows to easily capture the thoughts and articulate it to the team.

Cons

Some may prefer Prezi instead of powepoint as Prezi has more animation related features.

Easy to make attractive presentations, with a little learning can create some truly impressive ones.

Reviewed 5 years ago

High quality presentations, more powerful customization options than free competitors like Prezi.

Pros

The interface is easy enough that anyone can make a nice looking presentation very quickly. The ability to print note sheets and add simple animations or embed videos makes multimedia presentations a snap, and reduces some of the tech hurdles in giving presentations. With a little learning, the customization options and feature set is robust enough that you can create impressive and unique presentations.

Cons

There's a bit of a learning curve beyond the basic usage. PowerPoint can sometimes be difficult for older computers (old computers are inevitable in many office environments), especially when working with transition animations.

Reviewed 2 years ago

I loved it. Great for school, college and work presentations.

Pros

Easy to make presentations. Presentations look super nice and super proffesional with this app. Great for school and work.

Cons

A little hard to understand at the beginning. Very different from microsoft powerpoint, but very useful and profesional.

Powerpoint is now unnecessary

Reviewed 3 years ago

Prezi business brings life to slide shows. It is easily shared with others and is so much fun to work with.

Pros

Provides a creative and fun way to create and present slide shows. Is very easy to learn and it looks great.

Cons

It doesn't quite have all the features of Microsoft Powerpoint but it has more than enough for most people.

Prezi for presentations

Reviewed a year ago

Overall experience is amazing.

Pros

The best thing about this software is that it has majority free templates and animations which microsoft powerpoint lacks.

Cons

The least thing is the prezi compatibility issues when transferred to other desktops.
