Pros

It has been an amazing platform for all our educational needs. This is probably the best product that a university or school can invest in especially during this pandemic situation.
Overall MS Teams is a very good software with amazing features and amazing customer support.
Everything is extremely user friendly, with a nice graphical interface and all the other added integrated features are really a nice bonus too.

Pros

How it is effective and efficient to manage employee experiences and enhancing internal communications are among the best aspects that I like most.
My overall experience is great this feature is great and easy to use time savier and best search engine to fine any software related to our need in huler hub.
I like the ability to customize my dashboard and the ability to collaborate with others on projects. The customer support is also excellent, and the help center is very helpful.

Cons

When video is being used and when a different background is used and when the person moves it looks very fake and weird.
It has bad connection when working remotely. With a team of 30 on one call, we were getting every other word in and it made meeting ineffective.
The most frustrating part is that teams can crash if there are too many people on at once.

Cons

The problems that I was facing are no more following rectification by our in-house technical team.
It needs more advertisements. Most people are unaware of this app.
I have used a lot of remote desktop software, but I have always been frustrated with the setup and connection process.
