Pros

The mobile app is fantastic and so far offers the same capabilities as the desktop app. It's nice having a preserved chat channel around the team and promotes an added degree of organization.
Love all the apps that can be linked to the software and the personalization abilities. Also good that you can easily track what files were sent.
To start with, i must disclose that Microsoft Teams makes communication easier, smooth and easy. Behind it, there is a great customer support team, very helpful and responsive.

Pros

We were amazed that the use of OnBoard during the meeting went so well. I appreciate the ease with which you can change the agenda and and update/revise materials.
OnBoard has been great for our organization and all users enjoy it. Customer service has always been helpful and efficient.
The quality of our training for board members was terrific (Thanks [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]), and we were able to get functional usage rates up very quickly.

Cons

I have yet to figure out all the features in the program. I have a weak internet, therefore loose the video and sometimes the sound is distorted.
The teams arrangement is not straightforward and the UI is very busy. Often times, notifications are lost when there are multiple channels within a team and those channels are in the collapsed view.
Notifications for teams are not automatically enabled so you have to enable it yourself but you might run into problems because it is not very user-friendly.

Cons

Notifications that uploads have been unsuccessful are a little too subtle - meaning that you can miss it if you are working quickly (as we so often are during board pack creation).
I am unable to see edit's when change the names to agenda items, however I was able to contact my account rep and he helped me with a workaround as they are working that problem out.
There is very little to dislike, however the left to right menu layout may be slightly confusing to some users who may be more familiar with a traditional top-down/webpage layout.

A proper, easy-to-use, platform for team communications

Overall a great piece of kit, and worth the effort of getting everybody onboard.

Pros

Like many teams, we had team communications everywhere - instant messaging platforms, instant messaging groups, task management software with commenting system, emails... all that is gone now, and comms happens just on Microsoft Teams.

Cons

Slight issues sometimes with users confusing their logins from other Microsoft platform products (e.g. Office 365), it would be easier if Teams had a better sign in process.
