Easy to use, easily access to people, and community, Secure in terms of data, Follow the privacy protection laws and guidelines. Can form different groups depending on the requirement to connect individually
Sometimes, error occurs in the microphone access, and didn't able to hear unless and until you logout/close and join again

We now conduct most meetings using Teams to support our covid protection plan
It is quite user friendly and seems to be easily accessible from most devices. Video quality is also Okay.
It sometimes drops out and it can also be quite difficult to connect to. Both video and sound can be poor.

With Microsoft Teams, I can spend more time doing active work and less time searching for information or keeping track of project updates. Within the Microsoft Teams app, I am getting updates regarding group chats between project members and always seeing the latest versions of all the documents I have access to.
The best thing about Microsoft Teams is how it is designed. Since it integrates with all your other Office 365 products, you only need one app (Microsoft Teams) to keep track of all your different projects and communication channels.
Microsoft Teams is getting better and better, but there are still some features missing when it comes to information protection and data-loss prevention. But since this is the product that Microsoft is throwing all its money at, those things will soon be solved. Keep track on the Microsoft 365 roadmap for all the upcoming features and updates.

My company switched to Microsoft teams from a less than useful chat service. I initially wasn't happy about the switch because I felt like I was being forced over to just another zoom client app. However I have fallen in love with house useful this is compared to the prior chat client. Having chats for teams as well as to be able to private message individuals has been a life saver. Microsoft teams made working from home fun again.
Ease of use, multiple chat options( Teams channels, teams chats, individual private messages). Video calling/break out rooms.
The only con to this product I experienced was getting screensharing set up inside the mac. Thisn't isn't a fault of Microsoft however it's a system protection built into Mac Os.

I believe that this service has a great effect on productivity. This may not be the most effective technique, but it gives a real result. Information from the computer screen for some reason comes to the staff better than the verbal order. As they say, you can't get the word to the point.
The main issue is the security of the system. I managed to bypass protection and improve my level of access in ten minutes. Here also draw conclusions. Industrial espionage has not been canceled yet.

I created and assigned homework to your students with Microsoft Teams In my lessons, I use the "General" channel for planning and running the lesson. I announce the homework for the week (attaching the necessary files). Students ask their questions directly in the discussion thread. This has several advantages: Students can answer questions from their colleagues. Students can refer to it easily. This saves me from responding to multiple emails with the same question. The questions asked become an indicator of the notions on which I will have to insist at the beginning of the next course.
Microsoft 365 Teams has the following main benefits: - A conversation including text, sound, videos and the ability to share files; - A private conversation, ideal for developing an idea and then sharing with the entire organization; - Storage of all files, documents… in one place! ; - Integration of your favorite applications: Trello, GitHub, Planners, etc. - A possibility to connect to Sharepoint and OneDrive, with importing files from one tool to another; - A 100% free version; - Compatible with Windows, Mac, iOS and Android.
- One of the downsides of the Teams encryption process is that it is completely controlled by Microsoft, not your organization. If data-at-rest protection is important to your organization, you might want to look at third-party protection technologies, such as CASB, as well. - While integrations with third-party applications can be seen as a benefit for users, they do not make it much easier for administrators. -...

Made remote opportunity possible for the firm and with the advent of Corona Virus, that means we could better manage resources and work together
Teams is very effective meeting tool, unlike other that allow only the host to share screen, here, every participant could. Add as many users as possible. Absolutely fantastic
The only cons I could say about Teams is the consumption of data and could fluctuate when data is weak.

The benefit of Microsoft Teams is it allows you to hold meetings with members near and far. You can openly discuss situations at a professional level. It is nice to know that the meeting can be recorded for protection and to help recall information covered.
I like that you can hold a meeting and see everyone on the call. If needed you can make your screen show a picture instead. It is the best replacement when you want to be together but can't. It allows you to share your desktop to demonstrate and the ease of muting and sharing allows privacy when you are working from home.
I didn't find any features that I wanted to add. I needed a simple solution to meeting online and Microsoft Teams worked for me.

Microsoft Teams is the one of the best platform for video conferencing, Official meeting , webinars, for official works like sharing the screen, I like the most video conferencing because the quality is awesome, i used several platforms but among these this is the best. I recommend this platform for Official meeting, webinars, Video conferencing , etc.
This my first choice platform for video conferencing , any group call, i used mostly for scheduling interviews to my candidates. My Recommed the platform is Microsoft Teams for meeting, video conferencing, etc.
Everything is good but it takes too much data if you connected with your mobile data then it take too much data but the quality is very good so I already used this platform Microsoft Teams.

excellent tool to communicate with team, to share and up load huge files. especially when multiple stake holders are involved in decision making this is one platform where in all things and files can be set right
data storage management, huge files can be locked can easily accessed during meetings and data tamper can be easily avoided.
the search engine for data stored in teams is not really accurate. often one has to trace down the file in a traditional way.

I use MS Teams on a daily basis. For my team, I have routed all internal communication in it. It allows for a less structured conversation that overall becomes more productive. We make decisions quicker, can give feedback, and assign tasks right from our conversations. Utilizing Tasks has been a culture changing improvement to project management.
The most impactful was tasks by planner. Managing projects through Teams and it's Tasks app has increased our on-time milestone completion, and closed out projects quicker than we have seen before. Everyone is on the same page and updates are live. Our first project was a warehouse implementation that saw 30% more tasks / milestones completed on-time.
Long term storage / external upload could be improved. Some apps such as forms or approvals that you may want to use but keep the data long-term, do not have an option to pull that data outside of Teams. The tool itself is functional and useful, but the retention of data is not totally there within the platform.

Overall it's the best tool. User friendly interface and data is secured.
The best part about Teams is its integration with outlook. Additionally, new features of auto recording, PowerPoint, and file sharing are excellent.
It sometimes crashes the PC and the screen goes white.

Would recommend this to anyone who needs a good professional app to keep your staff motivated and together to help keep up with everyday tasks
very easy to use and works across both desktop and mobile devices with easy syncing. Custom backgrounds when on a chat is also really good fun for your staff. Able to share any file with your staff is a bonus
video can sometimes be a bit glitchy as the app is very data hungry.

Real time communication, we share our data and they know what needs to be improved.
This tool is designed to help all the teams improve their productivity, it handles a lot functions, but what we liked the most it's the fact of chat in real time about the metrics and share it accross multiple teams created previously.
The app lacks a little bit of functions, but the desktop it's the best of all, we have been using this tool for more than 4 years and we will be using it for a long time.

Effortless and sensible. I cannot see myself without using microsoft teams in my everyday work life now.
The fact that it is easy to use, creates a space for communication, sharing and keeping track of teams all in one place. Data is visible with changes in real time for everyone on the work team.
Network/Sound sometimes lags due to high usage of data during meeting with video stream switched on.
