The first impression is good, when you start working with it is terrible
The layout is cool and at the very beginning seems quite easy to use, but once you go beyond the normal that sensation disappears.
For being a programme thought to share your files and work on them together, the final result is irritating. You cannot work on the file while you are speaking about it with your colleagues, so you are obliged to go back and forth from the file to the conversation and vice-versa. Also, it is confusing the difference between the chats in the "chat area" and the chats in the "teams area". Finally, editing files in teams makes you lose a lot of functionalities comparing with the original version (both for excel and ppt).

We work remotely and it is important to be able to catch people whenever we need them. We pop on with a quick phone chat or screen share whenever we need to. The software is a total game changer and one of the most important business productivity tools. I also like the security of the software and the Microsoft behind it. The integration with Microsoft 365 is very important and useful.
The best thing about Teams is how easy it is easy to use. It is embedded into our Microsoft 365 and is always available. I love how easy it is to schedule a meeting in Outlook and put a Teams link in it for the video conference.
Sometimes the audio can be garbled, but that is usually when someone has a weak internet signal. This doesn't happen to often though.
