Pros

Monday has allowed us to improve in our tasks and has completely improved the order in the team as well, It is very nice to see what each team member is working on, so that we can organize better.
Monday.com offers the best customer service. In addition, it's easy to use, fun, and engages our team.
I love the functionality, integrations, automation, and ease of use it offers. Everyone I show it to catches on quickly and learns to love what it does.

Pros

I love the pricing model first and foremost. The ability to only add functionality you need helps keep costs moving only in line with business growth.
My personal experience has been the best of the best as far as customer service, setup, ongoing support and expertise.
Ease of use, that it does so much, that there is so much potential for growth.

Cons

There's no way to "dumb it down" and only display the information and screens you truly need. We had lots of views that were superfluous to our workflow.
The layout was poor and difficult to set up and manage. I tried to implement it with my team of managers (12 other people) and they did not get the idea of it, mostly because they did not understand.
The CEO wanted to be able to see a lot more detail around the various projects in my department. I was collecting that data manually and it was killing me.

Cons

Ve been working with them through their disorganization, miscommunication and downright fraudulent sales pitches and finally gave up.
What I have his a hold in my checkbook and a note from Dave Kramer (who never would return my phone call) saying that there are no refunds.
I have a hard time adjusting to the format of the emails.
