Overall its a great software to keep your team together without unnecessary noise.
Monday.com offers a smooth team collaboration platform with flexible board features. It offers this great interface. It is web-based for Mac & Windows as well as app based for IOS and android. Very user friendly
Currently I don't have any cons about monday.com. Its a great software I have no issues with the software.

I was skeptical of it when I first heard about it... I didn't think it would help our organization get more organized around projects. However, it has exceeded my expectations and really streamlined some processes for us. There's some room for improvement, but overall I'm really happy with the software.
The boards! You can add team members to a shared board and build out an entire project on the board. Everyone can see where each element of the project is at, update their progress, include links, ask questions, and get things done! Everyone is always on the same page!
The desktop version for mac gives me some trouble compared to the online version, which is a little annoying. It's functional but the scroll feature is dramatic sometimes.

Monday's user interface is super clean and simple. You can color coordinate all of your projects and easily share them with others to collaborate.
Monday is a web-based app that does not provide a downloadable version for your Mac or PC. As a result, notifications on your projects are limited to your web browser.

Mind-blowing. Literally would have never guessed one software could become such an integral part of my business let alone my life!
Monday is the central hub for our entire business. In fact, I run multiple businesses out of a single account because I can have the teams split up in different ways and different workplaces for each company. The dashboards and status columns make it easy to see how my teams are doing very quickly, it's amazing. I even use it for my personal task management and life management!
There are times the Mac app will be slow or missing features I want, but the Chrome version is impeccable. No other real complaints otherwise.

With monday.com, we aimed to track the progress of activities going on within the team and monitor productivity.
To be honest, I loved the colors. It was quite pretty so it definitely made me want to come back. I also loved that I could see team-wide, what everyone had going on. That was a great plus for me.
I particularly found the UX to be quite tiresome. I wouldn't say it was userfriendly. Also, the Mac app never opened. That was a big challenge.

Oh everything is great about it. Works across all my platforms, iOS, Mac, PC, the works. Every feature is awesome and this seemed... SEEMED like the perfect tool to use. I upped my stars for this product just because I wrote them about this problem, and got a response back within about 2 minutes, explaining a workaround I can use if I don't wanna buy the pro version. To at least get my data.
They tricked me into using it for personal organization. Which I did for 60 days. . I can't get into my personal board anymore, to get any of my appointments or documented projects I made for myself. Yep. They are holding it hostage with a cheap trick. So I am here, to tell you all about it.

Capable and modern, but ultimately not a fit for our needs
My team used this for a couple months. Some may view the ability to customize everything as a benefit, for us, a web application development firm though, it wasn’t structured enough. We tried a couple other platforms and ultimately settled on teamwork.com.
No structure, not a good fit for creative agencies (for us)

Monday.com makes it easy to communicate and collaborate with clients. It keeps me on task and I am able to keep everything organized to have a seamless workday. I switched to paper lists for the most part when using Monday.com. Highly recommended.
I've tried a lot of collaboration products and I really like Monday.com for its ease of use. This could be an issue for some people who want more functionality in a collab software suite. For me, it gets the job done for what I need it for.

Overall Im super happy that I tried and use Monday. When you can't find the time, let Monday take care of it for you. It will make sure to remind you when tasks are due and if they're completed or not.
The ability to create tasks, set deadlines, add comments, reminders are just few of the awesome features of Monday. I used to write my tasks in a notebook and it was a mess, I missed deadlines and could barely read what Id written.
Nothing, it really helps with tasking for me and thats what I use it for.

Monday is a great top level project and task manager tool for organizations.
Dashboard setups are great and work well for top level project management.
Can be difficult to find what you're looking for unless you know what to search for.

Great!
Ease of use. Templates assist with any business requirement, whether it is sales, projects, task, etc.
Little bit costly for SA market space. Filter options are only available for higher end packages.
