As a small consulting and training company, this is all what you will need to have a quick view of every single activity of the organization. The potential connectivity it has with other apps is fabulous.
Easiness, design, usefulness, its like a small ERP for small but agile companies. Great value!
Probably it would be nice to think about consulting for a template.

Not able to create dependencies between tasks in case one goes longer than expected and impacts another task. This is frustrating.

Great experience using it for project management as well as a company-wide ERP system with multiple integrations with Slack, Hubspot, and Excel.
It is an easy to use PMS that allows you to assign roles and timelines to your different projects. You can manage different projects as "boards" that allows you to share information only with the people involved in that project. You can even use the software as your ERP since it allows you to have integrations with Excel, Hubspot, and other software you use.
For advanced functions you need to know some basic programing. The language used is very easy to understand since it follows a clear logic.

I could create an ERP for my company with Monday despite it isn't a platform for that, but with all the automations and integrations it become a really powerful tool.
The granularity of user access and permission is too simple for some needs.

As a team, and as a whole we are very happy we found Monday.com
I love that this software has increased collaboration between out team members. We have an ERP, we have Salesforce, we still love Monday.com for all kinds of projects like trade show planning. It's easy to use, and I'm looking forward to implementing connections with other software.
The learning curve is super small, but it's there. I wish there was more availability for personal or hidden boards for our members, need a bit more privacy.
