Pros

Monday has allowed us to improve in our tasks and has completely improved the order in the team as well, It is very nice to see what each team member is working on, so that we can organize better.
Monday.com offers the best customer service. In addition, it's easy to use, fun, and engages our team.
I love the functionality, integrations, automation, and ease of use it offers. Everyone I show it to catches on quickly and learns to love what it does.

Pros

A very good document managment product with good support team. I find there is still growth to come.
The best part of Doc It is its document organization. The archive and the editor are also excellent tools for any office.
It Suite ensure that my work day is efficient and effective when it comes to document sorting and progress.

Cons

There's no way to "dumb it down" and only display the information and screens you truly need. We had lots of views that were superfluous to our workflow.
The layout was poor and difficult to set up and manage. I tried to implement it with my team of managers (12 other people) and they did not get the idea of it, mostly because they did not understand.
The CEO wanted to be able to see a lot more detail around the various projects in my department. I was collecting that data manually and it was killing me.

Cons

Clients tend to disregard the notifications as spam. Job Queue could be more user-friendly and offer more options.
It was slow and ocassionally would lock me out of excel workbooks. Some data would get trapped if I accidentally opened a workpaper twice.
The updated calculator is horrible. Also, the program has become less user-friendly after the updates.
