Pros

The best feature of monday.com is its ability to help you integrate your tasks into your calendar. The easy to use tool allows you to efficiently manage projects and meet deadlines.
Visually stunning and satisfying great tool helps in smooth management of our projects, ditching the need for any spreadsheets and manual tracking.
I really love a lot about Monday. It's clean, has a beautiful design, easy to use and just overall a great product.

Pros

I like the software because it is easy to use and implement. But the greatest benefit in my mind is the customer support and customization that is available.
MRI has a great vendor partnership that allows the vendor to seamlessly integrate their software with MRI's databases. You get the best of both worlds.
I've had CallMax/MRI on my multi site properties for years, I love the option of texting and emailing blasts to residents and pricing is very reasonable. I like the automated answering service too.

Cons

The software spam your inbox with many unwanted mails. Unable to track project goals easily.
We eventually stopped using this software because the UI was very limited in it's features. Our team didn't really catch on, and we abandoned the software after a year.
Terrible with the customer service. We are now actively looking for a replacement.

Cons

I have requested a Subject Access Report which they have totally ignored and are the most rude, arrogant and unhelpful company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
I doubt MRI will reduce annual cost to make up for the loss of a program that we are receiving and paying for with the current software. Billing detail could be clearer.
The call back feature that blocks the personal number is only available in the emergency maintenance mailbox. All other mailboxes it shows the phone number.

Monday.com is the premiere team management software, allowing you to track a team's progress like no other software. The simplicity and customizability of the different views makes the software perfect for whatever project you're working on.

Pros

I love being able to track a teams progress on a project, quickly learning what step group members are in and their current status. No longer do you need to constantly check in to see how someone is doing.

Cons

Though there are different plans, the price may be a little too steep for some companies.

Our experience with Monday.com has been the most positive of any software product I have used in my 30 years working in software development companies at all levels. It is truly a fascinating piece of user experience and software engineering.

Pros

When it comes to tracking tasks or projects, even when they require client communications, there's very little that Monday.com can't do. It is so flexible, we've built entire process support mechanisms from it, even communication with our other information systems.

Cons

To get the most out of Monday.com, you'll want to just purchase their top tier product, and it is a bit pricey compare to some other tools. Once you do, however, you will never look back. It will transform your management.

Great workflow software with essential project management features.

Pros

Monday helped us a lot with task automation and workflow management with outsourced freelancers. Columns with status changes are very good feature to track everything related to the project statuses. Shareable boards is very good option to work with people outside of the company.

Cons

Actual problem we have with Monday is pulse or task itself. There is no description of the task, and when you have more than 4-5 updates complete overview of the pulse becomes very unclear.

Cons

So far, so good. I like using this software.

Pros

It is a good project management software suitable for team members to collaborate remotely, monitor, and keep track of the workflows and progress of projects. You can easily share files and also get to see who has viewed the files. It also allows time allocation and status updates on an assigned task whether ongoing or completed. Team members can easily communicate and send messages and emails through the platform.

Cons

So far I was able to use the software with ease and not confusing at all. It is user-friendly and all the features on how to use the software are easy to understand. Tutorial videos are also available for the user as a reference guide.
