Working together even if you are apart.

Reviewed 3 years ago

I haven’t used Mural very much yet however I was impressed by my initial use and will definitely continue working with it.

Pros

I love the real-time editing capabilities. I used Mural on a training where all the participants were adding their ideas at the same time. It was awesome to be able to collaborate with others.

Cons

I find the templates to be quite detailed and I would prefer some simpler options. Not all collaborations will require so many parts.

My Mural Experience

Reviewed 2 years ago

It's quite effective for our live training sessions, meetings and team bonding activities.

Pros

The ability to summon members during sessions, use existing templates, scheduled timing per sessions and most of all collaborating with zoom and MS teams makes the my number one app.

Cons

I find it difficult to use it when my internet is poor. Though I believe it's like that with other apps.

Functional, and Smart

Reviewed 6 years ago

Mural satisfies nearly all of my needs, and is overall a beautiful product.

Pros

Mural really excels in two different areas - functionality and very smart features. They continue to improve their product with new features in a timely basis, while focusing on customer feedback.

Cons

Mural should continue to roll out new features and improve integration with outside apps in order to live in to the price tag.

Mural empowers remote teams to run world class virtual workshops.

Reviewed 6 years ago
Pros

Mural is surprisingly easy to use compared to any other digital whiteboard I have used. Its sticky-note forward design makes creating and manipulating ideas a breeze. It enabled our team to do an impactful design sprint remotely. I was amazed.

Cons

Overall my experience has been great with Mural. The pricing feels high for its utility, as its not something I use everyday.

Among the best whiteboard tools

Reviewed 3 years ago

We eventually switched to Miro but this was only because of personal preference.

Pros

It offers many different options to build ideation and workflow processes. It's perfect to collaborate in remote teams.

Cons

The bord started to glitch a bit when using it with many people at the same time. I am missing the infinity bord function.

Great remote collaboration tool

Reviewed 4 years ago

It's an excellent collaboration tool that helps me have creative and effective conversations.

Pros

I love that Mural allows me to explore, brainstorm, discuss, and prioritize ideas with my remote team.

Cons

Other similar tools have infinite canvases, whereas Mural has a more rigidly defined board size. Ideally I could enlarge the canvas when needed.
