Pros

Its a great platform that I would recommend to many businesses/friends.
It's a cloud base system and for the price it was the best one out there for our small firm. Having a customizable home page is easy to access active client work.
Overall experience is great. I truly enjoy using this software.

Pros

The employees at the company provide excellent recommendations, feedback and guidance. Awesome communication between users who are collaborating on the document, project or event.
Quip has great integration, it's a great platform for project management and customer service is great.
Beautiful UI design and user friendly. Import export functionalities are really good.

Cons

3 or 4 times each year we need to update the app on our computers and its always a little scary and we all hate doing it.
Also, when you have a problem and call customer service the wait is excessively long.
When there is a problem or sync issue, there isn't always a reason. Speed sometimes (although this is more likely an internet speed issue).

Cons

UI is missing standard functionality. So much wasted white-space.
The search could use some help. The auto numbered or unordered list stuff is annoying as hell and takes some finagling to get around.
I have very few cons for Quip - most of which would be a desire to see more features, although this would likely come with the trade off that it would become more complex. No real complaints for me.
