Pros

Love the software and especially happy with the Customer Support team who helped to customize a solution for our team.
It looks nice on the surface and if you have the time to dedicate hours to polishing it administratively it could be a great intranet.
If you are not a tech guru, it is okay because the simplicity is nice and capable for those who struggle. Tech support was great as well.

Pros

With his help, it's perfect for our business and it's extremely easy to use which is great as we need something quick and reliable.
He has accommodated suggestions we've had on improving the customer experience which speaks volumes about Kennel Booker's desire to help its customers succeed.
This program has been great for my business. Cost effective and works great.

Cons

Some formatting lost when copy/pasting from other applications.
Some of the drop-down menus are glitchy and frustrating. The search option does not work that great.
There is no out of the box MS Office Integration.

Cons

So far none of our customers have complained so not at all fatal. We just have not been able to figure out the problem.
Inability to copy and paste regular and repeating reservations.
We made the absolute right decision. Despite being voluminous information on virtually everything on KB, I tend to take the lazy route sometimes and inquite via Chat.
