Pros

Love the software and especially happy with the Customer Support team who helped to customize a solution for our team.
It looks nice on the surface and if you have the time to dedicate hours to polishing it administratively it could be a great intranet.
Great customization - I really liked that I can control the look of everything, and what my users see.

Pros

It provides a modern environment to collaborate with teammates. For me this product is a good solution for companies where employees should better know each other through variety of platforms.
The experience is really great and reliable. I can share all my photos videos through it and also to create a positive environment is the best feature present in it.
It provides amazing business collaboration services and easy to use interface. I strongly recommend this tool to others who really need a nice workplace.

Cons

Some formatting lost when copy/pasting from other applications.
Some of the drop-down menus are glitchy and frustrating. The search option does not work that great.
There is no out of the box MS Office Integration.

Cons

So cluttered and this maybe due to poor design by the implementation at my job. Notification setting are terrible about spamming.
Too many spam and fake things on the website that it basically ruined my life.
This program can almost connect coworkers too closely. It's a way for inappropriate people to reach out to coworkers in a bad way.
