I would strongly recommend this product for situations where users are on separate machines using the actual application.  It does have many good features and the performance is acceptable.  However, this is not currently a good solution if your users must access the application from a Remote Desktop Services environment.  It *might* perform better in a different multi-user-single-server environment.  In fact, we got the strong impression that they had not dealt with a client even our size before, definitely not on an RDS environment, and they were scrambling to catch up.  The we-based option was very unreliable, often failing to reflect current messages and not alerting users to new messages.

Decent product unless you use Microsoft Remote Desktop Services

It is fabulous!  I can share files with my boss from home or in the office.  Super easy.  I love the feature that you can find any files you sent by doing a search of files.  Highly recommend.

They prefer to be paid via credit card & do not really like invoicing. However, our company does not issue company credit cards & had to email back & forth asking if possible to set up for invoicing instead of credit cards. They were very helpful & understood our situation & were willing to make the change for us - even though this is not the norm for them.

This Chat software has help us reduce phone call time and makes our jobs more efficient, you can get answers from work collegues faster than by email and if they are not available you dont need to leave a "phone message" and wonder if they listen to them or not. With the chat you see a notification when they read it.
We use it every day as an internal communication tool, and even for company announcements with a whole office chat group.

Great office tool for the world we live

Quang C.:                                              Hi, my name is Quang. I'm a real estate agent and a mortgage loan originator. And I currently use OfficeChat and I would give OfficeChat five out of five.
                                                       OfficeChat is a invaluable tool for my line of work, especially given the current world that we live in. OfficeChat provides a way for me to coordinate with my office, with my team members, allows us to talk about different transactions, allows us to upload document to do a file. And it basically allows us to meet in a way that we used to meet in person, but it gives us the flexibility to meet wherever we happen to be. And more importantly stay safe in the current pandemic that we are in.
                                                       One of the greatest features of OfficeChat is the ability to use the app on my mobile phone, on my laptop and on my desktop. So wherever I happen to be, I can be reachable at a moment notice. And the integration is seamless, the information I put on my phone shows up on my laptop almost a second later and everything that I need is there, and there's no restriction on the size of the file that we're able to share. And it's very intuitive, very intuitive.
                                                       So as good as OfficeChat is like everything else, there are little bit room for improvement. And one of the features that I think could be improved upon is the auto refresh feature because some times I have noticed that when I go from different devices that I have to manually refresh a conversation to get the most up-to-date information. Although there are times when it does show up on it's own, there are sometimes where I have to hit refresh just make sure that I'm not missing any pertinent information that may not have been presented.
