Pros

Their support has been great in helping me with any issues I have, and that has been very few and far between.
The Board is happy with the software, it is user friendly, displays well on computer, tablet, or phone. As an admin I am happy with the support whenever it is needed.
OnBoard has been great for our Board members and all users enjoy it. Great communication tool, very easy to use.

Pros

I love the ease of loading papers. I love that I can change the agenda up to the last minute before publishing and the numbering of items all changes automatically - brilliant.
My Board members love the ease and can be confident we are exceeding the requirements of our constitution.
Good, I was an early adopter and seen it's functionality grow steadily over time - I am happy to recommend it for my clients and contacts to consider. Very good communication with the company.

Cons

Notifications that uploads have been unsuccessful are a little too subtle - meaning that you can miss it if you are working quickly (as we so often are during board pack creation).
Sometimes the icons are confused and even when you created a page, the icons inside this page are weird.
The video I could see and hear was choppy and hard to follow. I was unable to log in from my portable devices, and when I thought I was logged in, i could not be heard.

Cons

We would be significantly worse off without BoardPro.
There are only one or two things that are missing but I see that they are in development, for example, Chairperson sign off of minutes electronically.
The pop up messages can be a bit annoying and distracting in the middle of a meeting.

It's a great way to store all board papers, an excellent archive for, and organiser of, our board papers. The confirm minutes function is brilliant, as is the action list and the interests register.

Pros

So easy to use. The minute taking function is great, I usually get minutes out within 10 minutes of the meeting finishing. It's so easy to onboard new members, everyone finds it easy to use.

Cons

It would be good to be able to have some sub committees use it without having to pay extra.
