What is OneBar?OneBar is an AI-enabled knowledge base tool, which integrates with Slack and lets IT helpdesk, HR departments, or legal professionals build FAQs or support content using conversations to resolve internal team issues. Features include duplicate content resolution, multi-lingual translations, channel events, content suggestions, automatic responses, and knowledge discovery.
The application runs automated scans across channels to generate multiple Q&A suggestions and helps employees explore previously asked questions in Slack history through @onebar bot. It imports and drags-and-drops conversations from various channels to build and organize a knowledge base using tags. Users can also assign questions to relevant professionals, define synonymous questions, and prepare answers by adding different images, links, and text styles.
OneBar enables administrators to analyze the team’s workload and performance through graphical representation of data. With its pre-moderation feature, members can assign experts to a particular channel for screening bot answers and configuring automated response settings. The application also links company glossary or terms to “what is?” questions and tracks and marks outdated instructions as invalid.
