Do not use this is you have a prospects list over 1000. Etremely lacking as a CRM, reporting is terrible, customizations are so basic, and customer support is the worst I have ever seen. Even with the premium versions. The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen.

Overall it does the job and the customer service is good and I am hoping to resolve some of our other concerns with it here in the future. Their training teams have been wonderful and very patient with us in learning new facets of the software. We hope to engage more with E-hub but we have not been able to implement it as of yet.

What users mention about MessageKite See all reviews The alert for the notifications is the most annoying sound ever. There is no way to choose a different tone/sound or to adjust the volume. The alert sound is horrendous. I use a lot of other audio features on my work computer throughout the day, and I've had to mute the Messagekite browser tab to escape the sound. Overall, we've been very happy with this software and are grateful for it.

Has a mobile app that is perfectly integrated and the on-boarding portion is outstanding. Great, the employee/coworker directory is so awesome as you can easily find numbers and emails to get in contact with others in your company. BambooHR is a really useful repository of important information, like our employee handbook, various benefits documents, and links to resources that we might need for health or other services.

I really like the issue tracker board that shows the backlog, in progress and resolved issues. I love the ability to keep track of all my teams requests in one centralized channel through the Slack integration.
