Pros
I most like that this software is a powerful tool that has tons of customizable options, but is also very user friendly and easy to use.
They are good, kind people who truly want to make the product work for you. They work so hard to make you happy and they are a joy to go through this beast of a project with.
Minimal training time - OnSemble is very easy for staff to adapt to. The built-in modules are amazing and help with pretty much any need we've had with our Intranet.

There's so much you can do with the platform I worry we aren't fully utilizing it.
There are different size computer monitors and it isn't compatible with all the screens, it just looks ugly, but still serves its purpose.
The inability to feed all departmental calendars into one main calendar.
