Most popular features of all Collaboration apps
Requires iOS 11.0 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
25 reviewers had the following to say about pCloud's features:
The very good speed in syncing. Good UI.
Pros
No longer the need to drag all folders and files into one sync folder (like in DropBox, OneDrive).
Cons
Another improvement that would suit me very well is full text search. Google Drive and OneDrive (and the business version of DropBox) have this feature.

Overall it is a pretty good option available for cloud based collaboration.
Ease of use, cost, data limitations, user numbers and more made this a no brainer after our 3rd ransomware experience.
Very happy with pCloud and slough I was mean with my con comment and had to be picky I would recommend this to anyone!
Pros
Like other cloud solutions you can drag and drop onto your browser when logged into pCloud and create a link to share the file or files within the folder
Cons
I am struggling to find anything I least like but being pushed I would say it can be tricky to create new folders and be in that folder but this is mean to say as it’s really good for saving encrypted files With a click of a button you can share the folder and see the link for customers to use, you also get a weekly report on how much bandwidth has been used so you can see the file have been downloaded :)

the interface is not so convenient and when sharing files there are very long links.
Pros
I have been using the free account for several years. I was impressed with the challenge of hacking the crypto folder some time ago. But I'm definitely not (and I wasn't then) willing to pay a subscription fee for storing information. I really like the new idea of buying a place in the cloud.
Cons
I have been using the service as part of a mobile service package for many years.

It even kept the folder structure intact by categorizing all my Facebook images in their respective directories, PCloud is a cloud storage program for all those who are looking for a comprehensive storing solution.
Pros
Up to 20 GB of free storage, Can search through all your files from the website and mobile app, Easy to use, just does not do the job.
Cons
Limited support options, Encryption costs extra, The synchronization can be very slow on the computer and it happened that my PC froze because of the sync, Can not password protect shared files/folders, RANDOM Speeds on download, Hard to sometimes get hold of Customer Services on the phone but they respond to emails straight away.

Hello Nikhil, than you very much for the time taken to post you review for our product. We really value your oppenion and we will do our best to improve the service in order to even better fit your needs. There are few remarks, which I would like to outline.
The encryption of the files is not at an additional cost. Each file, uloaded to pCloud is getting encrypted on the server side. The cost comes to those who would like a millitary level of file security. pCloud Crypto offers client side encryption, which means the files are uploaded to our servers already encrypted and the keys are stored on your end. The second thing I would like to outline, is that we do offer the option to password protect your shares. When you create a download link for a file or folder, you have the option to set a password for it. More information can always be found in our FAQ section: https://www.pcloud.com/help/general-help-center/
we used to use copy.com by Baricudda until they stopped developing it and our remote workflow became dependant on being able to upload files and send download links.
Pros
Also, they have recently added the ability to brand your download links with your logo - fantastic.
Cons
I would love it if you could drag and drop to move files within the directories in the web portal but that would be a huge undertaking and is not worth the effort.

It allows me to perform filtered searches of the information by its file formats, to get it much faster.
Pros
I can make free backups in the cloud of multimedia files on a synchronized device, even those copies can be made with photos and videos from different social network accounts like Facebook, Instagram and Picassa, and without limits for the size of the files stored.
Cons
Poor interface in the desktop application and special encryption pCloud Crypto for sensitive files only for private accounts.

Hello Michael,
Thank you for your review. Please note, that pCloud Crypto is inseparable part of the business account. It is activated and you just need to set up yout Crypto pass in order to use it.
Please do not hesitate to get back to us, should you have any additional questions.
Pros
I use it for sharing beats and music easily without the recipient having to download it. The search functionality works fine as well.
Cons
The interface isn't the easiest to navigate.

Pros
Finally, I also like the fact that pCloud is not an American company because of the legal & data access concerns that can come up for non-Americans like myself, my business, and some of my current clients.
Cons
Part of my frustration was in their inability and/or unwillingness to tell me what content was deemed problematic by either (a) their automatic "sniffing" algorithms or (b) someone's complaint.

I read that in another review and brushed it off as a laughable comment, assuming they would have that under control by now.
Pros
Keeps local files in user defined sync copy.
Cons
Also they have 4 support team members on staff for world wide support and you cannot get anybody on the phone or in a chat.

I use a lot as I switch often my computer and I like to have documents ordered to share with the team.
Pros
It has a lot of storage space available for the cost.
Cons
It is a field with the competition of google drive, that it is also a great alternative, even when not so cost effective at this stage, but with more easy integrations.

Not necessary to have an account in order to download files, using a link from another user.
Using this for smaller working files, not for storage.
Pros
Hasn't dropped a single file yet Sharing is also very easy I feel my files are secure with PCloud and their privacy protocols in place
Cons
Size limit doesn't work for us - they can only give us 20tb, and that gets expensive - using the Dropbox unlimited because we need 50tb+

I love the ease of access to my files and the additional layer of encryption for my files.
Pros
I love how easily pCloud integrates with my Windows PC file system, my Chromebook and my phone.
Cons
Also didn't like how, on first set-up on my phone, that it started to automatically to back-up photos that I would never have backed up as they were not work related.

Pros
- I like the user interface, very simple - will be buying the next option to increase my storage and one day take all my business documents here instead
Cons
- Could use more integrations, but it's still a young company so I'm sure that will change - would prefer to have the encryption piece be included, the extra step to me (internet marketing background) adds a level of complexity that prevented me from upgrading

If you need a cloud service that offers large file transfers at a great price, this is the way to go.

Pros
Pcloud has made file storage and sharing so much easier for me.
Cons
But many cloud storage providers are similar in this respect, so it's a CON for the whole industry when we're forced to stop using computing equipment not because it stopped working, but because it stopped being supported.
