My overall experience with Vidyo was that it fit the needs for our organization at the time.  Users were given little training on how to utilize this format and online tutorials and support were sometimes difficult to follow.  We have since moved on from using Vidyo.

Overall, Vidyo is a simple way to start doing video conferencing, especially with large groups! The conference room setup is very high quality, and Vidyo allows us to connect with multiple teams at other locations in our organization quickly.

The cloud service, the self hosted Infinity are very reliable and well supported. Quality of the services is extremely high and Pexip will do whatever they can to keep services running and secure.

The quality is excellent and it is extremely ease to use. I also like its compatibility with a variety of collaboration platforms (such as skype for business and Teams).

Videxio is a great product that I have used for over 2 years. They continue to evolve and are dedicated to a quality product.

Plus the obstacles in setting the service up are almost non-existent in comparison to traditional VC implementations.

Prompt reply on ticket and timely resolution is really appreciable. Team answer the queries to overall satisfaction.

If I have to have a complaint it is the it can sometimes be too easy to use. There are many times where I think, "It can't be that easy!" so I'll make it more complicated than it is.

The main thing i didn't like was the inability to change camera source whilst in a call. However, this has recently been fixed with an upgrade to the service.

The feature that I liked best about this software was the ability to meet with colleagues from across our school system without leaving my classroom.

It's super easy to navigate for sharing screens, and the chat feature is simple but enables high engagement. The quality has always been a highlight as well.

Easy to use, great for video calls, good audio. Ability to share presentations and have multiple users at one time into one call.

I like that it's easy to use and easy to manipulate. We use this platform for bi-weekly conference hearings in my office.

The main issue that i have with this program is that it is so incredibly buggy. It consistently skips freezes and struggles with start up.

VidyoConnect is a fantastic software that my company uses for numerous events across our organization including town hall meetings, team & company calls and virtual tradeshows with clients.

It can just make it somewhat annoying on trying to login quickly if there's another update to install or if you need to re-enter credentials. But this is a very minor concern.

It also has a tendency to fail when it comes to talking into the computer and doesn't relay voices over.

The agency that purchased our software also didn't purchase the conference call option, so it's annoying that you can only join via computer and not call in.

My overall experience with Vidyo was that it fit the needs for our organization at the time.

This software is very basic, but does exactly what it advertises - it provides an easy, intuitive way for people to connect one on one through video, or with large groups that sign in individually.
