Content Library and Alignment are the most used

Excel functions are not very useful for everyday use

1) Conslidation of all frequenly required feature are at same place.2) Library provides ever evolving templates, Icons etc.3) I am able to customize the library content in the customer specific themes.

1) search feature - It is bit hard to find the exact serach you are looking for. So you need to browse through all over the contents, which is time consuming.

Features really consider user needs. The ability to send a single slide or select slides without having to save a new document is key. The power-user menu is great and intuitive -- it saves a lot of navigation time.

The updates are a little too frequent/disruptive.

Integration with the MS PowerPoint and excel is the best. As an Assistant Professor, I always use the Power-user Chart and Shape tools for creating a insightful presentations. Students and staffs understand the charts and shapes very clearly.

Power-user doesn't have MacOS support. It's UI Needs improvement

I like the image gallery, but also various slide design that I can use to quickly express my ideas. It has saved me time and added to my productivity

I love the new and fresh slide templates that are easily customizable.

The integrated console that provides all the important tools required at one place really helps in saving a lot of time and eases out the process of making presentations. Additionally, the various content libraries provided helps in quick usage of graphic to make the presentation more engageing

File sharing option is only through outlook, while I am using google suite, I have to follow the old-school process to share files

Power-user is an usefull add-on for Excel and Powerpoint, allowing to access extra formatting features, graphs, and advanced features.

The software may occasionally be a little buggy, even if it is well supported.

Poweruser provides helpful and accessible tools without changing the tabs in the office apps. It can also save you time in making quality output by providing templates which are user-friendly.

After an initial learning curve, this application streamlines the process of creating presentations in powerpoint and making them "tidy". It's easy to arrange content on slides and keep things organized. I do not use the templates very much, but in certain use cases, they facilitate generating an overall schematic for presenting info on a slide.

It is fairly easy to install. For academic use, cost is minimal for full features, but I am not sure the features would justify the cost for some that do not create PPT presentations often.

The library of graphics is amazing. I teach nonprofit people how to teach, and I implore them not to use (or overuse) bullet points. Power-user's library of graphics allows for easy display of information without boring bullet points.

It is expensive for small nonprofits or independent consultants working in the public sector. There is a public school discount, which is great.

The templates are attractive, especially those in PPT.

I am impressed to use the PPT. It gives templates that make the presentation more attractive. But the template's words are limited. In addition, it will be better to allow users to expand additional features on the existing templates.

There are some options that gives more juicy to ppt files! I like the slides templates and pieces of advice how to improve its visibility and transparency I use also the geo maps

Some functionality doesn't work sometimes at free trial - agenda doesn't work properly as example

Hi Roman, thanks for the review and the overall perfect grade. Just curious why you put just 1 star for "Ease of use" and "Customer support" (which we are actually very proud of).

What I really like about the software are the templates and design suggestions. I do a lot of presentations and often am looking for more creative ways to make my presentations stand out and be more effective. The templates and design suggestions accomplish that and more. I also like the occasion tips that help me improve my skills.

I can't really think of any cons except I would have like a little more instructions as a new user.

Ease of use software and integration with other apps.

Four things I like most in Power User are: 1. The generous trying period. 2. The tool is fast evolving and receives both interface and features updates at least on a monthly basis. 3. The overall continually growing quantity and quality of the objects you can select and add to your office documents. 4. The fact that some of the selectable objects to add to a document or presentation are live objects and can be tuned to present exactly what I want them to look like and show.

What I don’t like is that I need to set Malwarebytes off when installing the Power User update, because Malwarebytes sees these updates as a threat and prevent their installation.

Power-User has made the process of building slide decks much smoother. Power-User is one-stop shop for most frequent PP commands, has clean simple layout, and is easy to use. I’ve used this for PP for years, and can’t build slides without it.

Excel / Word plug in not very useful. **need the PP functionality for Mac** I have both Mac and PC, and would really appreciate using Power User on both.

I like the quick access to all the various tools - it really helps me become more efficient when doing my work especially when it comes to PowerPoint presentations. The icon and map libraries are also absolutely fantastic.

The only small issue I’d say is in the “line” icons in the icon library, many of the lines aren’t considered outlines in PowerPoint so I can’t adjust the width, but that’s very minor.

Hi Raymond, thanks for your review! Glad that the tool is really helpful for you. Regarding the Line icons, indeed they are "Line" in terms of visual appearance, but technically speaking, some have just an outline but some use a fill color.

This software easily setup in excel and offer many tools like icons, maps, graphs and a big template collection. Power user developer release update and many other object and functionality. I use it in Excel, PowerPoint and Word, the biggest tool for me.

Nothing, it's very useful and complete tool.

It has almost every Powerpoint tool available and adds many other ones: templates, icons, pictures, etc. in one only menu bar. Very easy to use.

No much to complain to tell the truth. Maybe including other languages besides English would make it even better.
