PowerPoint is one of the most intuitive applications to use among the Microsoft Office suite. Presentations can be initiated with wide variety of starter templates which are highly customizable. Customizations can be saved as new templates for consistency when creating presentations. The ability to add charts, transitions, and animations directly from the application is also really convenient. Content formatted in other Office applications such as Excel or Word can be pasted in with consistent formatting. Slides can also be printed with space designated for annotations.
The various file output formats such as PPSX or PPTX can be confusing and they directly impact the quality of the presentation. Saving as a PDF is an option, but you lose the advanced features.

Overall PowerPoint is my favorite and daily tool for Dental design and presentation. There are numerous functions help you to make your work better. The design suggestion is one of my top features that I use most of the time
This application worth every penny, not just optimizes your daily workload but also makes your presentation turns into more creative and impressive. I barely just need to fill out my content, rest of the work can be done so well by Power Point automatically. At the present, I am using it for my “Smile design”, I can stretch my image as long as I want to. That helps me a lot.
I can not find any cons of this application. For a daily user like me, the only disadvantage is my first time using it, a lot of functions just made me confused. But now I am get used to it. I hope it can have a few tutorial like a little brief for new user.
